1. Order Cancellation Request
Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with:

- Contact Number
- Reason for Cancellation

3. Approved Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:
- The order will be cancelled successfully.
- Any eligible payment reversal will be processed according to payment provider timelines.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- Order already shipped
- Order out for delivery
- Incorrect customer details after dispatch
- Customized or promotional orders (if applicable)
5. Cancellation by Momin Scents
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Incorrect pricing error
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Incomplete customer information
In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.
6. Refund on Cancelled Orders
If payment has been received for an approved cancelled order, any eligible refund or reversal will be processed through the original payment method, subject to gateway timelines.
