Thank you for shopping with Momin Scents. We value customer satisfaction and aim to provide premium quality products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered successfully.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product selection by customer
- Preference of fragrance after purchase
- Delayed delivery caused by courier or external conditions
- Incorrect address provided by customer
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Packaging photos
After review, we may offer a replacement or store resolution where applicable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift items
5. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment processing. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Processing Time for Approved Claims
If a valid damaged or incorrect product claim is approved, we will process the solution within a reasonable timeframe.
7. UAE Deliveries Only
We currently deliver within the UAE only.
